At all our clinics , we offer:

- a chaperone service
- double appointments so you can have extra time with a healthcare professional
- visual cue cards you can point at and use to communicate with our team

When you book, you will be offered an interpreter and a double appointment to give you more time with our team.
Hearing loops are also available at two of our clinics: Wheatbridge Health Village (Chesterfield) and Florence Nightingale Community Hospital (Derby).
We will take time to find out about your needs when you book your appointment so we can tailor our services to you. For example, we can send appointment reminders and test results by phone call or in a text message. We can also offer you a double appointment or a chaperone at any of our clinics.
